Shipping Policy – Rang Beauty

At Rang Beauty, we strive to ensure that your lipstick orders are delivered to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timelines, processes, and important details related to order dispatch and tracking.
1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume, festive periods, or unforeseen delays, processing time may extend by an additional 1–2 days.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- For metro cities, deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 business days.
- Remote or rural locations may take up to 7–10 business days.
- All deliveries are handled by reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a small handling fee of ₹30–₹50.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details.
- You can track your order status on our website’s “Track Order” page or directly through the courier partner’s tracking link.
- If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at reachus@rangbeauty.in.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address.
- If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, non-availability, or customer refusal, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-shipping may incur additional delivery charges.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or missing item package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing reachus@rangbeauty.in with a complete unboxing video and clear images. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Rang Beauty ships only within India. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
8. Address Changes
Address changes are accepted only before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address. For urgent corrections, contact our team immediately via email.
9. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur due to courier network issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. Rang Beauty shall not be liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in tracking and resolving such cases.
