At Rang Beauty, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. As our lipstick products fall under the personal care and wellness category, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted.

Free Replacement Policy

However, we do offer free replacements within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery in the following cases only:

  • Damaged Product Received – The lipstick is physically damaged, broken, melted, or in unusable condition.
  • Incorrect Product Received – Wrong shade, variant, or product delivered.
  • Missing Items – Part of your order is incomplete or missing.

How to Request a Replacement

Mandatory Requirements:

Unboxing Video is Mandatory – We cannot process any claim without a complete, uncut unboxing video.

Your video must include:

  • Start recording before opening the package.
  • Clear view of the outer shipping box and shipping label with order details.
  • The complete unboxing process without cuts or pauses.
  • Clear display of all products, invoices, and items inside.
  • Close-up shots of any damage or wrong items (if applicable).

Replacement Process Timeline:

  1. Submit your claim with the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your claim within 24–48 business hours.
  3. Pickup arranged: Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.
  4. Replacement shipped: Your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after we receive the product back.

Important Terms & Conditions

❌ No returns or replacements will be accepted for:

  • Used, opened, or swatched lipsticks.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Change of mind, shade preference, or "not required" reasons.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products without unboxing video proof.
  • Items returned without original packaging, seals, labels, or invoice.
  • Free gifts or samples provided by the brand.
  • Products purchased during sale/clearance (unless damaged/defective/wrong).

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement stock is unavailable.
  • Refund processing takes 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • For prepaid orders (Card/UPI/Net Banking): Amount refunded to original payment source.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement if it hasn't been shipped yet.
